NjiaPay sells into companies that already have a payment gateway. Generic outreach lands as noise, because the pitch only means something if you know what a company runs today and where that setup is routing badly. Nothing in a standard prospecting stack carries that field: you cannot buy a list of who uses which gateway.
We broke down the ICP, then built the missing data ourselves. AI agents inspected each target company to identify the payment gateway in use, and that signal became the segmentation. A LinkedIn campaign was built on top, with the message written against the specific gateway a company was running and the routing problem it implied, so the opening line was about their setup rather than about NjiaPay.

Outbound stopped being a volume exercise and became a targeting one. Instead of pitching a payments product cold, every message opened with something true and specific about how that company already takes payment. Reply rates came in several times above what cold LinkedIn outreach normally returns.
